The Annex of Oakley is a creative gathering and event space located in the heart of Cincinnati's Oakley neighborhood.

 

Environments affect mood, workflow, and focus. We designed this 4,700-square-foot event venue to help you and your team feel and function at your best with natural light, comfortable furniture, stylish, clean design, and affordable pricing. 

 

Ideal for team buildings, facilitated sessions, parties, speaker events, and more, the Annex of Oakley offers ease of use with flexible spaces to suit your event needs.

RENTALS

The Annex of Oakley is available to rent hourly with a four-hour minimum. Rentals include the entire event space and listed amenities. Additional services, equipment, and furniture are available upon request. 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES + EQUIPMENT

Services + Equipment

Included

 

 Coffee (grounds, a machine, and mugs), hot water, tea bags, filtered water, wifi, four rolling white boards and a Samsung Frame monitor are included in every booking.

Catering

 

Additional catering options are available, ranging from hot coffee + meal delivery from local restaurants to custom catering services. Please contact us to find a solution that meets your needs. 

Meeting Supplies

 

Additional A/V equipment and meeting supplies like rolling monitors, conference speaker, projector, microphone and PA system available upon request.

Furnishings

 

Additional tables, chairs, seating, and rolling walls available upon request. Furnishings may be configured in various ways to meet your events needs. 

Event Management

On-site host or custom event planning and support are available upon request.
